2027 Vendor Reservation
By submitting this application and completing payment, you are reserving a vendor space for the 2027 Latino Vibe Festival. The festival is planned for Saturday, September 11, 2027 in Manchester, New Hampshire. The date is subject to change. The festival team will announce the official date, schedule, location details, entertainment lineup, vendor instructions, and additional event information as planning progresses. Your reservation is being made in advance of the official event date.
Date Changes
The festival is planned for Saturday, September 11, 2027, but the event date may be changed before the festival takes place. Vendors who reserve a space acknowledge that the official date and event details may change.
Refund Policy
Vendor reservation payments are non refundable except if the 2027 Latino Vibe Festival is cancelled and the event does not take place. If the festival date is changed or rescheduled, the reservation will remain valid for the rescheduled event. If the festival is cancelled and will not be rescheduled, vendors will be eligible for a refund of their reservation payment.
Vendor Approval
Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee acceptance as a vendor. The Latino Vibe Festival team reserves the right to review applications and determine vendor eligibility, placement, and participation.
Premium Vendor Locations
A premium vendor location can be added to your reservation for an additional $200, charged with your reservation payment today. Premium locations are limited and assigned by the festival team; if a premium location cannot be provided, the $200 premium add-on will be refunded.
Event Information
Additional vendor instructions, setup information, arrival times, parking information, booth requirements, electricity information, event schedules, and other details will be provided as they become available.
